The Bill

A personal chef's services are just that, personal.  Because of this and because of variations in product cost and FUEL cost (just under $4.00/gal here in the 3rd week of Apr 06), my costs are going to vary.  So this is only a flavor of what things should cost.

For "one off" dinner parties, my minimum charge is $250, with a maximum number of guests of 20.  With more than twenty guests, I require help in the kitchen.

For a 5 course dinner, the cost generally runs at about $40 plus 4.16% State GE Tax and gratuity.

Should you need my services for a longer period, 3 meals daily are $60/day/person  $300/day minimum. 

You may choose my fee plus service at $250/day plus food costs.

For culinary help,  my rate is $30/hr.  Consultation (meal and menu planning for example) is $30/hr.

Cooking Lessons            Private 1 on 1 $30.00 p/h

                                       Demo (no limit on audience) $150.00 p/h

Specialty cooking Cost varies with ingredient cost - normally ingredient cost x 3 or ingredient cost + $30/hr
